Revision Policy

  • There is a 1-2 working day turnaround period for revisions.
  • The Logo Genie offers limitless revisions for a limited number of packages.
  • Per policy, revisions must be made within ten working days. There won't be any further edits after the allotted time has passed.
  • Customers may request revisions per the package; no further cost will be incurred. Still, the idea and design are the same.
  • Customers cannot request a redesign once an initial idea has been chosen; unlimited revisions require the original design and concept to remain the same.
  • The company will only be held responsible if the customer replies to a revision to be reviewed, modified, or updated within 48 hours.
  • If the customer's needs change after the delivery date, they will be responsible for additional charges. However, to make any additional adjustments, the buyer must pay in full by the end of the delivery date.

Refund Guidelines

The Logo Genie's unlimited accessible revision policy, which lets you make free revisions to your first design brief via your account area, guarantees 100% client satisfaction.

Your full design order price will be reimbursed if there is a duplicate charge resulting from a processing error if any specific design criteria are not met, or if your design order cannot be completed per the delivery policy.

Should you be unhappy with The Logo Genie's design services, you have five days to obtain a refund.

However, if a refund request is not received within five days of the delivery of your original design, it will be assumed by both sides that you are happy with your initial designs. Refunds for any special or combo packages will be granted in the same manner as for individual products.

All refund requests will be processed per the following schedule:

  • You can receive a complete refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) if you request a refund before the product is delivered.
  • You can receive a 66% refund (less than 10% of the service and processing cost) if you submit your refund request within 48 hours of the original design delivery.
  • You can receive 33% of the refund (minus 10% of the service and processing fee) if you seek a refund within 48 to 120 hours of the original design delivery.
  • Since we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, refund requests will only be considered after 120 hours following your initial design delivery. If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • The support department should be notified of any refund requests. The Logo Genie maintains the right, on a case-by-case basis, to approve or refuse your request based on violating your user agreement.

How To Make A Refund Claim

  • Contact us by phone, chat, or email to claim your refund and let us know what's wrong.
  • If you have any questions about our revision policy, we will respond immediately. Alternatively, we will email you a refund request that needs to be authorised by our refund department.
  • Following the reimbursement, your design rights will be transferred to Logo Curst, and you won't be allowed to use any of the company's submitted designs. Additionally, let us state that:
  • You acknowledge that the company will now control the design rights, and as a result, you will no longer have any ownership interest in or right to utilize any response or other content, work product, or media, either directly or indirectly.
  • The Logo Genie would cooperate with government copyright agencies to exchange copyright acquisition data for the returned drawings, limiting their future usage as original designs.

Delivery Guidelines

Delivery of all design order files to the Account Area occurs on the date indicated on the "Order Confirmation." To let the client know that their design order has been sent to their designated account area, an email is also sent.

We email all bespoke design orders within two to three days of receiving your order.

Ownership Of The Components

The customer is the owner of the paid artwork once it has been accepted and the final file has been provided to them following the full payment. To protect the artwork, the client can buy a copyrighted document from The Logo Genie.

The Logo Genie has the exclusive right to use the logos for portfolios and other promotional materials. Unless expressly permitted, it should not be sold or used for profit in any way other than what the client specifies.

The rights to use the design, graphics, text, logos, and explanations at his discretion are granted to the client.

The Logo Genie must appropriately and lawfully utilize the logos without endangering the integrity or reputation of the customer.

Record Keeping

When we deliver the final files, we will record your completed design.

We can provide the final files to you upon request if you need them again.

Policy For Communication

The Logo Genie is not liable for any harm from this communication. We only assume liability for communications sent by email using the address(es) registered under our domain name or by phone using a toll-free number, which are the ones that are already shown on the domain website.
